Our premiere gin is produced exclusively from carefully selected natural Swedish organic botanicals. These ingredients have been hand-chosen and then distilled in a classic pot still at Mackmyra Bruk. Juniper, raspberry, and a hint of coriander create the sensation of a Swedish forest with additional scents of sweet vanilla and cardamom. And for the aftertaste, we introduced distinct, lingering tones of citrus.

Lab Distillery Organic Gin is a modern, artisan-produced gin with a classic taste incorporating Swedish flavours and carefully selected organic ingredients distilled in the traditional copper pot-still at Mackmyra Bruk.

Organic Gin was developed to be used for classic gin cocktails or dry martinis.

For Gin Reserve, we use recently emptied 30 litre casks in which Mackmyra whisky has matured once or twice before. You choose whether to use elegant or smoky whisky casks.

Our elegant recipe has a soft and fruity base and highlights the gin distillate well. This gives it a sweetness that in combination with the herbs provides a round fruity character.

We smoke the malt ourselves to create our smoky whisky recipe, using Swedish peat spiced with juniper. This results in a real Swedish twist and gives the whisky great complexity. When this combines with our taste-filled gin, there is an explosion of new taste sensations
